各方面都很一般，衞生間很小，轉身也很困難，樓道很窄，如果帶著大件行李上樓比較困難，隔音也一般，地理位置在海德公園邊上，算是還行。海德公園附近的酒店價格都比較貴，預算有限的話，而且在外面逛的時間比較久的話可以選擇這個。

人生第一次住到這麼差的酒店，就真的感覺能活下來是命大。第一晚上投訴，行李箱都打不開，設施設備差，環境惡略也算了，關鍵是這個房間小的無法行走，還沒有房間熱線。前台和房間在兩棟樓，每次進樓要按門鈴，具體環境大家可以看圖。真實無P圖。最噁心的事，我分開定了三次，單人床雙人床和單人床，我一共四晚，我入住的時候和他們溝通過了，不要給我換房間，我需要住在同一間。結果第二天晚上十點多回到酒店，告訴我的所有東西和行李，已經被他們搬到另一個房間，沒有任何通知的哦。開始和前台溝通，經理在遠程電話，就是不道歉還很囂張，説我明天（第三四天）都是單人房，會直接給我搬離，根本不需要通知我。我從當地時間和訂房網站熱線致電，11點多到凌晨四點，要求三晚推出這個酒店，xc熱線一會告訴我要等國內上班，一會告訴我要等英國上班，最後所有人上班了，要告訴我一晚已經過去了，衹能補償2晚，還要扣掉之前補償的幾百塊，我就想問，難道顧客晚上十一點報警了xc都不擔心的嗎，一直投訴一直不處理，深夜一個人房間不敢睡覺，深怕在在有人進來，這裡破門而入好像是“很正常的”！我們還是鉑金客戶，請問訂房網站是如此做監管的嗎。。。真要是出了事，怎麼辦！建議大家千萬別來住這，訂房網站的坑也很多，慎重。

For a budget hotel Nea centre of London this does the job however we chose it for the second time because of optional breakfast! It was still advertised on here for £5 per person for small buffet which we had a year ago but now they’ve stopped doing it, so it’s just like any other budget hotel, nothing special . Below is my son on his single bed, we had a small room which was smaller than the one we had last time.

在英國把民宿開成這樣，真是無語了房間極小，且連個小桌子都沒有，想處理點工作必須把電腦抱身上。隔音極差，窗外馬路上車輛絡繹不絕，整夜不停。床上用品看上去不僅舊，而且臟，毛巾我根本不敢用浴室裡的杯子厚厚一層水垢

Hotel location is excellent, room was clean and overall was okay for a 3 star hotel. Staff is friendly and definitely recommended for a short stay when travelling around London if budget is tight. One thing that may be improved is that there is no complimentary mineral water provided.

I got heavy luggage and when arrived receptionist offered no assistance so I carried my luggage upstairs myself. Doesn't have lift. Staff is cold, window in the room was locked and no aircon so the air is really bad. Room is small. Don't recommend.
